Building a vision for the school |
|
Schools are and must be, ever changing. The best schools are
those which plan their changes, so they develop with a planned approach.
What is the Process?
The audit team comes into the school, holds pre-scheduled discussions
with the Principal, and some staff, visits classrooms, reviews school
systems and infrastructure. It reviews the documents and information
provided by the school. Classrooms are visited for the purpose of
understanding academic system, that is, no individual teachers are referred
to or reported on.

Creating classroom ambience |
What is the end result ?
Learn Today creates a detailed written report and also makes a
presentation to the management on audit findings. Following the audit,
we can create a school improvement plan where we recommend the best ways
of bringing about changes, and advise about the order in which those
changes should be implemented. If the school wishes we provide our
expertise in the upgradation of facilities and resources, training and
curriculum development.
Audit Team
The audit team structure is determined by the audit areas agreed upon.
For a whole-school audit, the team usually constitutes four to six
members, including the team leader. At least one has experience in
school management (Principal/Vice-Principal).
